News& Announcements Equipment for the North Slope of Alaska CAN-AK delivered 7 custom-made filtration systems to the North Slope of Alaska. These filtration packages where commissioned due to the remote nature of the customer and their need to receive oil that is...CAN-AK’s Management of Change process ensures the baseline budget & schedule are adhered to, but when either party identifies changes, we will quantify them and receive formal approvals before starting the work. Our key focus is to mitigate change if possible and ensure NO surprises.
Minutes of the meeting with a list of decisions, outstanding actions and key personnel contact information are circulated following the meeting to all parties.
Based on the Project requirements identified at the project walkdown. The CAN-AK PM, Engineering, HSE and Operations Team work together to develop:
* Bill of Materials
* Execution Plan (including detailed marked up drawings showing the flushing paths, etc.)
* Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
* Job Hazard Assessment (JHA)
* Client Specific documents
Documents are sent to the client for review and approval prior to the start of the project.
A CAN-AK Project Manager (PM) is assigned to the project and is mobilized to the client site. A detailed walkdown of the project(s) is performed with the client to review the scope, schedule, site requirements, etc.
The CAN-AK Account Manager reviews proposed scope with CAN-AK Operations Team (Operations, Engineering, QA/QC & HSE).
A Project Proposal is generated and submitted to client for review & approval. A proposal follow-up meeting is scheduled with the Client and CAN-AK Account & Operations Manager to discuss submitted proposal.
